Jake Trione
Veteran. Mentor.
Grounded guide.
Helping people reconnect with their strength, purpose, and peace through movement, reflection, breathwork, and mentorship.

Meet Jake
A veteran who learned that true strength is quieter than we were taught.
Jake Trione is a veteran, gym owner, speaker, and holistic wellness mentor. For years he believed that discipline alone could heal anything — that if you pushed harder, you’d come out stronger.
After coaching hundreds of people through physical transformation, he realized something deeper was missing. Real strength required reflection. Real resilience required stillness.
Today, he guides people through a grounded approach to wellness that integrates body, mind, and spirit — built for adults navigating real life, not chasing perfection.
